NET COSTS: Prices are subject to change periodically. Orders placed over the Internet shopping cart will be invoiced at the price displayed at time of purchase, including back-ordered items.

EMAIL: HolidayTinsel.com collects emails from visitors to our website. HolidayTinsel.com and its sister companies BarnardLTD.com/Far Out Awards/Far Out Promos will periodically send out email news letters to announce new products, specials and company news. Emails will be sent out via an authorized email marketing company, where you can opt out (meaning you will no longer receive any future newsletters) should you decide to Opt Out. We will never sell or transfer your email to any third party.

USE: Many items on HolidayTinsel.com are copyrighted and may not be re-created or copied to be sold for profit.

ORDERS: Once your order has been placed, you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Most merchandise is handmade to order. State Sales Tax is charged to any shipments going into the State of Florida.

ACCEPTANCE: We have the discretion at anytime not to accept any order in part or whole under any circumstances. Items may be out of stock or discontinued and no longer available. We will periodically remove discontinued items from our site, but at times we may be unable to remove these items prior to your ordering. Closeouts and special pricing may be shown on select items on the site, which have limited quantities available. We do not monitor inventory stock information on the site. Any purchased item may not be resold without written permission from a authorized representative of Display Fake Foods. All Custom Orders including Custom Mold Fees are non-refundable. We will try our best to match colors and finishes but it should be understood that fake replicas are made from non-natural materials, which is not the same composition as real foods and drinks. Custom items are handmade and may slightly vary in finish and or color due to variances in raw materials and pigments. All Custom Molds will remain the property of Display Fake Foods and will not be copied, duplicated or transferred under any circumstance without written consent from Display Fake Foods.

Normal shipping time is 10 working business days after receipt of order. Shipping time may be less depending on Product availability. We will attempt to ship your order ASAP. Requested Rush shipping within less then 10 business days will incur an additional $10.00 Fee. Please put a specified ship date on your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

BACKORDERS: Most items are manufactured in the U.S.A. Several items are imported. There are times when stock is not immediately available. You may want to substitute similar items. We will not substitute any items without your permission. We will also not back order any items unless requested.

ALL SHIPMENTS INCLUDING BACKORDERS ARE normally SHIPPED via Fed Ex Ground or USPS at our discretion. Faster services are available from both carriers.

PAYMENT: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards are accepted. ALL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SUBMITTED OVER THE INTERNET IS THROUGH INDUSTRY-STANDARD ENCRYPTION TECHNOLOGY KNOWN AS SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL). Credit cards are billed for merchandise and all freight and handling charges. Additional handling charges may be imposed such as "Custom Manufacturing and or "Rush Shipping Fees.

CLAIMS: Upon receipt of shipment, UNPACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY! ANY CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER IN WRITING. Our customer service department will contact you IMMEDIATELY to service any problem. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.

RETURNS: NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS. WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION (RGA#) MUST BE GIVEN. THE RGA NUMBER MUST BE MARKED ON ALL CARTONS. Returns are authorized on defective or on merchandise that has been shipped incorrectly. Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been fabricated to customer's specifications or prepared on a custom basis. A 15% Restocking Fee may be imposed on any accepted return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Merchandise must be received back in perfect condition to receive a credit.

CUSTOMERS WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS. Credit will be applied towards future purchases. If it is determined that returned merchandise has been damaged during return transit because of poor packing procedures, it will not be accepted for credit adjustment. A boxing charge will be made for each item not returned in its original carton.
